1. Returning your items in a Terre Bleue boutique (Belgium) (free)
This is the quickest and easiest way.
For the value of the returned items you can choose between an exchange, voucher or refund. A refund can only be made when the boutique has enough resources to refund your item at that moment. In case there are not sufficient resources you receive a voucher for the value of the returned items.
2. Returning your items using our pick-up service (GLS) (free)
Please keep the proof of shipment of GLS.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving your returned items
3. Returning your items via a GLS Parcelshop (free)
Please keep the proof of shipment of GLS.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving your returned items.
