Do you fall in between two dress sizes? Or are you rather small and do your trousers always have to be shortened? At Terre Bleue you can have a free touch-up done on every garment you buy online or in our boutiques. Find the boutique in your area and stop by it with the garment that needs a touch-up. The right size, the perfect fit and the very best service: that's what we strive for every day.

You can choose how you wish your item(s) to be returned:

  1. Returning your items in a Terre Bleue boutique is currently NOT possible.
  2. Pick-up service by GLS.
  3. Via a drop-off GLS ParcelShop. You can find a GLS Parcelshop here.


Our promise:

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from TERREBLEUE.COM. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, we will gladly accept a refund request.

If you want to exchange to a different size or color, we advise you to return the article and place a new order.

1. Returning your items in a Terre Bleue boutique is currently NOT possible.

This is the quickest and easiest way.

  1. Pack your items that you want to return (it’s not needed to use the original packaging) and include your invoice.
  2. Return the parcel to your favorite Terre Bleue boutique in Belgium. You can recognize the Terre Bleue boutiques by the dark blue Terre Bleue logo on the map.  

For the value of the returned items you can choose between an exchange, voucher or refund. A refund can only be made when the boutique has enough resources to refund your item at that moment. In case there are not sufficient resources you receive a voucher for the value of the returned items.

2. Returning your items using our pick-up service (GLS) (free)

  1. Make an appointment with our customer care by mailing to customercare@terrebleue.com or calling (0)93 35 22 34. If you choose to mail us, be sure to include following data: surname, first name, mail address, phone number, pick-up address and pick-up date that is convenient for you. The carrier picks up from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, except on bank holidays.
  2. Put the articles that you want to return in the original packaging (including invoice)

Please keep the proof of shipment of GLS.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving your returned items. During this corona period there can be exceptional delays in refunds. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.


3. Returning your items via a GLS Parcelshop (free)

  1. Put the articles that you want to return in the original packaging (including invoice).
  2. Put the GLS – address sticker on the packaging, above the old sticker.
  3. Return the parcel to a GLS Parcelshop of your choice. You can find an overview of the GLS Parcelshops here.

Please keep the proof of shipment of GLS.

OUR CONDITIONS

We will accept your exchange or return with pleasure when you respect the following points:

  • The return is requested within 30 days after delivery of the order.
  • Please note that we are not responsible when the parcel returns with another carrier service.
  • Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and tear.
  • The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.
  • The original packaging is included and is in good condition.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if you received a product which was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.
