Track your order

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number and link to the courier. To track your order at any time, simply click the link.

Delivery at your home or other address via GLS

The courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours (9am - 17pm) and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver your order for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with contact details if there is no one to receive the package. Undelivered parcels will be returned to the warehouse of our courier.

Delivery in a Terre Bleue boutique (Belgium)

In case you have chosen to have your parcel delivered in a Terre Bleue boutique, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has arrived there.

Delivery in a GLS ParcelShop (Belgium)

In case you have chosen to have your parcel delivered in a GLS ParcelShop, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has arrived there. You have 10 days to pick up your parcel, after that period your parcel will return to our warehouse.
