What if I am not at home at the time of the pick-up of my return?

The GLS courier will leave a notification card if you’re not at home. On the notification card you will find the contact details of the courier service GLS to arrange a new pick-up moment. If you do not contact the courier service, a new pick-up attempt will be undertaken automatically the next business day (between 8 am and 5 pm).
